Strategy Executive
Caza Pictures is currently seeking a highly creative Strategy Executive for our “Strat” team.
Initial Responsibilities
Work directly with heads of departments in setting and evolving the regional and per country strategy
Provide updates, overviews and strategy recommendations for heads on ad hoc projects related to our international content and strategy.
Provide input for annual and long-term plans on Caza Pictures international slate and content and provide recommendations to leadership on investment levels, key markets, target genres, etc.
Analyze and understand critical content, entertainment and viewership trends as well as competitor strategies across the international markets.
Create compelling presentations and other documents supported by strong qualitative and quantitative narratives.
Perform various analyses by leveraging resources and insights gathered from a broad range of functional experts and data sources, including content analytics, marketing, research, third party data, etc.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 2+ years of investment banking experience, or finance background pertaining to studio and production finance

Our target salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $200,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components.
